She specializes in digestive disorders, stress, women’s issues, and aging. She is a member of the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine.
Her passion is teaching and sharing her knowledge through classes, retreats and private consultations.
Her approach to wellness is to help you understand the underlying cause of your concerns, rather than only focusing on symptoms. Teri can help you learn how to better understand your body through Ayurveda, and can teach you to assist and participate in your own healing process.
Classes with Teri are interactive, practical, and fun. You will taste the foods, herbs, spices she discusses, learn to create delicious dishes, and understand how they can support health. She utilizes an East-West approach in all of her teachings and individual consultations.
